（中央社台北16日電）北市府今天提供索取波卡明細和名單給台北市議會，但名單未揭露全名。台北市副市長鄧家基下午受訪指出，悠遊卡公司擔心若洩漏個資，將來會被告，市府尊重該公司的謹慎。

波多野結衣悠遊卡引發爭議，台北市議會昨天決議，要求台北市政府應公布波卡總數量。北市府今天中午12時30分才把資料送到議會，且公布資料中，只顯示姓氏。

鄧家基下午受訪時指出，悠遊卡公司是擔心若洩漏個資，將來會被告，市府尊重該公司的謹慎。但他也強調，過去以來，議會索取資料，市府都會以公開、透明為原則，不公開是要有特別的規定，屬於例外。如果未來大家同意，尤其是議會，市府就會公布。

至於何時公布新名單？鄧家基表示，他即刻就去要求悠遊卡公司儘快公布。1040916
